Don't Ignore Nagging Pain

Do you ever punish yourself for not exercising by doing more and more strenuous exercise? If not good for you, but many people do. It's so important to modify exercises that aggravate a chronic or recurring injury. In some cases you may need to avoid an exercise altogether until the area is completely healed. It's not worth risking your long term health and comfort. A physical therapist can provide valuable counsel about body mechanics and the best way to heal for good.

I couldn't agree with you more. If we would all listen to our bodies we'd be much healthier. Every time I've ignored mine I've paid for it.
