One of the greatest things we have the ability to do, is change. Not only that, we have the wonerful ability to adapt to change. A great way to change the way you look and feel, is to change your workout. Our bodies are naturally designed to adapt to stress that is placed upon it. When first you begin a new workout, you will experience soreness and stiffness, but after a few weeks your body adapts to the resistance. Then all of a sudden you start to procrastinate about exercise. We make excuses, and then the inevitable: we fall back into unhealthy habits. So how can we keep going? Change your workout! It doesn't have to be on a grand scale, just try something new. Change the order of the exercises or the reps, or add a new exercise. You'll be surprised at how much fun it can be. It's great for your body and great for your mind.
