Weight Lifting Routine

In the last post on how tobuild muscle fast, I discussed the best bicep exercises that are important to include in a weight lifting routine. I explained that strengthening the arms is crucial to achieving muscular strength and overallmuscle growth. The arms take part in almost every lift available. You need strong arms to pick up the weights, lift them up, and put them back down. Strong arms are needed to strengthen the shoulders, the back, the chest and even the legs. So if you want to build muscle fast, it’s critical to have strong biceps.



Since the tricep muscle is part of the arms, strengthen that muscle is just as important as strengthening the biceps. In fact, I personally believe strong triceps is more important for overall muscle growth. The triceps take a huge part in strengthening the pectorals and deltoids, (the chest and shoulders), and without strong triceps, it’s not logical to think that a strong chest and shoulders is easily achievable. Therefore, tricep exercises must be included in any weight lifting routine.



Now that I’ve discussed the importance of strong triceps, it’s time to reveal the best tricep exercises that need to be included in any weight lifting routine in order to build muscle fast. Brainbusters or French Press (Barbell Tricep Extensions)



Either exercise will do wonders on increasing your muscle growth. They both target the entire tricep muscle so if you want to build muscle fast, it would be smart to include one of these exercises in your weight lifting routines. Proper lifting techniques are very important, especially for the French Press. It’s important to keep you elbows steady and concentrate on pointing your elbows in.



Weighted DIPS



Very few weight lifters use this exercise as a primary means to strengthen their triceps. However, I can’t think of any better exercise to strengthen the tricep muscles. If you want to achieve muscle growth and build muscle fast, you need to include this exercise to your weight lifting routines.

Good exercises.  I think you only have one half of the equation though.  In order to build muscle fast, not only are these exercises key but so is your diet.  To use the computer term for our bodies GIGO.....garbabe in, garbage out, or in our bodies cases, fat out..
