Never have had 'normal' legs...always very thin to the point of being disportionate with the rest of my body, no matter if i am overweight or not.
I worked several years at weight training, even did a boot camp and developed athletic looking legs, but follwoing a major car accident 5 years ago i have lost all of what i gained and now feeling very self conscious. A doctor said once, I can't imagine how you walk on those legs! Frankly, those words resound in my head any time i think of putting on a dress or wearing shorts. I want to be healthy, fit, and self assured again. If there is something I can do or if there especially something medical that can be addressed, please let me know.
