Advance weight training requires consistency, time

Personal trainers have divergent opinions about approaches to weight training, says Oklahoma personal trainer Brian Attebery in his column at Advanced level weight training requires time and experimentation to determine which techniques work best on an individual. It can take four to six months of consistent work-outs to see noticeable changes, he says, adding “After you have tried a routine for a sufficient amount of time, you should consider changing it.” See his full column at
