Stephanie, you  are right, making small changes and being consistent about it is definitely the way to go. Look for all the things you can do that you will enjoy doing or feel good about, so they can become part of a new routine that leads to a new, healthier you.

Good luck on achieving your goals. You can get there if you keep at it.
