The Redskins (1-2) started the year with a huge win against an NFC South opponent in the New Orleans Saints. That game left a lot of people in Washington with renewed hopes and excitement that haven't been seen in years. Rookie running back Alfred Morris has been a perfect fit in the Redskins' zone-blocking scheme and has been a key player for Washington this season. However, the defense took a big hit before Week 3 when Brian Orakpo and Adam Carriker were lost for the season.
The Buccaneers (1-2) desperately want to step into the void left by the Saints at the top of the division, but that spot seems reserved for the Atlanta Falcons. Still, Greg Schiano has Tampa Bay on the path to success, even if he isn't going to win any fans among his NFL coaching brethren in the process. The run defense is stout, and Doug Martin is always a threat to get rolling on offense. This is an old school team with a throwback coach.
