Summer is the season when everyone wants to be the hero of their sport and many are willing to go to superhuman lengths to excel. Unfortunately, the archenemy of these superheroes is injury. A special report by USA Weekend and Mens Health magazine analyzes musculoskeletal ailments -- those of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves which now have surpassed the common cold as the No. 1 reason people visit a doctor, according to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
