You all might wonder-what if there's a day when I feel like I'm just too tired? When that happens to me, I sit back in my desk chair, close my eyes, and really feel what my body is feeling. If my arms and/or legs feel even a little bit like lead, I know I need the rest. If just my eye lids are heavy, I probably just need some fresh air and could probably still work in a workout into my work day.
You really should pay attention to how you're feeling. Work can take a lot out of you-physically, mentally and emotionally-and sometimes you just need a break. Kit-Kat bar optional.
