Cricket: Relax the muscles for a better game.

I picked up this tip from somebody who is really good at the game. A good cricketer must know how to keep the muscles relaxed. This becomes especially important during fielding, because you may be inactive for a while, and then suddenly, a ball comes in your direction. If your joints are loose, it will help you to react immediately to catch the ball. This also helps to prevent injury during batting. A good way to learn how to keep the muscles relaxed is to work with a coach who can watch your posture and tell you where you are going wrong.
