Cricket. A quick bowling tip

Posted by Swati S.

When learning to bowl, you should mark your run-up to the crease. In other words, you should know the number of steps between the point at which you start running and the point at which you release the ball. A good way to do this is to walk backwards and count the steps from the wicket to the point from which you start to run. Then practice this run so that you have a good coordination between the feet and the hand, which helps you to bowl better.
