Cheerleading as a Cardio Workout

Cheerleading was fun back in high school and college, but it is still a great to remain fit. I was surprised to discover that cheerleading can make a great cardio exercise. You just need to develop a routine – use the one you had in high school – and see where it takes you. If you think that it was too long back and your body has probably forgotten it by now, just give it a try. You would be surprised by how much you can remember. Just remember to warm up properly!
