Hey, I was playing my 1st game back for my local soccer team yesterday when i got this injury . I came on at half time & was straight in the mix putting myself about & getting on the ball straight away . About 20 mins into it I was running at pace with the ball when i got tackled . I think it was a mix between the coming together of the tackle, the way i went over & the pitch which was pretty hard & i was wearing studs which contributed to this . I ended up getting carried off & went into shock before getting taking to hospital . The doc checked the XRay & said ive over streched the 2 outside ligaments in my right ankle & the ligament on the inside is buckled . Im on crutches for the next 2 days now & im ment to try start walking on it then . Just wondering if anybody has any advice or tips on what id be best doing . Ill be going to see the physio during the week so im sure hell be a big help .
