I would like to know if spinning is going to make my butt or legs bigger. This is the part of my body that builds muscle very quickly and the reason why I don't train with wheights. Will the spinning tone my tummy as well?
have you ever seen a cyclist with big legs and butt? They're legs are shredded and their butts are tight... If you build muscle easily then you may get some more muscle than someone else that doesn't, but unless you're doing some sort of steroid supplements you shouldn't get bulk, particularly since spinning is an aerobic activity you should find yourself becoming leaner and stripped.
