I've been spinning for 3 years and I love it. Of course, I pair it up with weight training and switch up the cardio, but spinning really frees my mind. To me, spinning is almost like yoga.
Spin classes are always available at your local gym...but sometimes they fill up pretty quickly and the class times are limited and inconvenient for me. So then I thought about a studio dedicated to spin with some extra band training for the upper body (to get a full body training) or stretch. I would totally pay for it myself. It's just like having a yoga/pilates studio...I just don't see why it would not work!
I'd love to get your opinions on this. Looking forward to your responses!
I think it's a great idea! I love spinning as well and becoming an instructor has been a dream of mine for 4+ years. What you suggest about have a studio dedicated for spin is probably the best thing to do! As a spinner, I think i would like the dedicated spin studio better than the huge "corporate" gym.
