I have been spinning for close to a year now several days a week. I recently added kettlebell classes. I am just frustrated, because my thighs and buttocks for that matter seem to be getting bigger. I don't fit into my old jeans that I used to. My diet has not changed. I feel I eat quite healthy for the most part. Is there a reason for this. Should I just be more patient. I was not sure if it was because I was building more muscle. And I am in the transition stage where the muscle is trying to burn the fat. Does that make sense? I would appreciate some insight on this. It has been very frustrating. Thanks so much.
