Hi! This is my first time writing on a blog site. I really need the support of others to help me along on my own personal health trip. I need motivation and to talk to others that I can help too. My name is Amanda and I like to spin and do moderate weights about twice to three times a week, when I'm being good. I have lost 50 pounds with the help of a personal trainer but I'm out of money and doing it on my own now. I have gainned 7 pounds back already in 5 months. I'm scared and need guidance. Please advise.
