Doc's giving me a two week reprieve! Nothing, not even supplements till my next appt. in 2 weeks. He's gonna check out all my supplements to see which ones I absolutely need. 

But I know that doesn't ease your lonliness!!!

How's it going so far, Sonya? Have you been able to walk at least 2-3 days a week so far this month? I'm sorry to say the bottom dropped out for me, too two and a half weeks ago. Walking is out of the question unless I count limping around the backyard. Keep up the good work! Chin up! I'm going to join, too! As soon as I can type better.
