Any local pickup games for older folks?

I'd love to get into a pickup game of a gentler sort, but most of the ones I've seen seem to cater to the younger crowd. Since I'm turning 50 this spring, I can't keep up. Any fun, non-testosterone-soaked pickup games around?

Not sure if you're interested in Indoor Soccer, but Off the Wall has some adult leagues and games on Saturday that may work for you...

Thanks, Dave. I used to play at OTW, but found that there were two problems: 1) the cost (IIRC, it was about $70/yr to register and about $100/person for an eight-game season) and 2) the fact that the adult leagues usually have at least two games a season at 11:30 pm (and on a 'school' night!) That was just too late for me...

I see that you & Gabi are in California so I can't help you.

In central Ohio area, the leagues are divided up by age range - 30 & over and 40 and over. I play on a 30+ women's league; a 30+ coed league and a 40+ coed league.

If you don't have any leagues like that in California, maybe you could start some with a local parks & rec department.
