Finally... Winter is slowly approaching and I am getting very excited to get up to the snow this year! I only went snowboarding a couple of times last year (not a good season), so I'm really looking forward to it this year. Now that the season is approaching, I need to kick it up a notch and get into the gym to tone my core, legs, and increase my endurance. What do you do to prepare for the snow season, if anything?
