caffeine intake and sleep

I consumed over and above my normal amount of caffeine yesterday and I was robbed of quality sleep last night.

Yikes, the entire night was spent in light sleep never reaching the deeper levels. I drank organic, olong tea well known for it's healthful benefits. But too much of a good thing doesn't work in regards to caffeine and sleep.

Tonight it's about, a cup of herbal tea and a early snooze time.

I would like to start getting in the routine of drinking tea before bed. It's healthy for you and it sounds so calming...
