Does anyone else feel like they have gotten into a habit with ambien? It just seems to be the only sure way that I'll get to sleep (or drinking which I don't want to do all the time) and it's become a habit. But, now it seems to be losing some of it's effect. Not sure what to do about it. I've tried all the natural remidies, kava, valerien, melitonin (which I hated, awful dreams) and they don't seem to work. My problem is falling asleep. Once I get there I'm fine.
