sleeping problems

Posted by teemi

Dear health maven,

I am having problems in sleeping since 1 week now. Whenever I go to bed at night, I feel things that make me jump off sleep, until morning... at the beginning I felt something creeping on my left side leg & hand, later this changed to cover my whole body, from lower parts to my neck, and head.

By the time, I started not feeling this creepiness (got used to it) Now I feel some numbness in parts of my body, especially the legs.

This started off since having a sour throat and problems in hearing(before 3 weeks), one ear stopped hearing only buzz. The  medications I have used are ear drops and anti allergy. (Stopped them from 2 weeks now)

I still can't hear with one of my ears (ENT appointment pending) and I now feel other weird things whenever I go to bed which also make me jump off sleep... Things like involuntory swallowing, a little headache (above the ear) and on top of my head.

You have such a collection of symptoms that your problem can only be diagnosed with a physical examination by a physician.

One should never let serious symptoms such as hearing loss or bleeding out of your eyeball to go on for an extended time.

Seek medical help by seeing a doctor. Medical diagnosis can only be done in person with a medical professional who is also aware of your medical history.
