Sleeping poorly affects every other aspect of you life. You're tired, moody and you seem like you're living in a fog. Stress can disrupt your sleep and over time, make you feel constantly tired.
Seriphos if supposed to support adrenal fatigue. If you search the internet for it just about the only "information" you get is in user reviews - some who is self diagnosing and self medicating. The companies selling it often make no claims themselves. Hmm?
Too many people are in the pill for every ill mode. A better solution is to do something to relive your stress - meditation, exercise or counceling. Work to develop better sleep habits and you'll do a lot better for you overall health.

Hello!
I've always had trouble sleeping, but for the last few months it has mainly manifested as night waking. I read that high cortisol levels could cause that problem, which made sense to me, considering other aspects of my life. I tried a product called Seriphos, a version of phosphatidylserine. I tried it at night and, after a few hours, woke up with an uncomfortable energy. So I took half a dose in the morning, and while I felt that it made me "sharper" during the day (I'm a writer so that's a good thing!) after a few nights, my sleep became prgressively worse. Does anyone have experience with these supplements? If so, any advice? I hate when I find something that works for one aspect of my life, but not another!
Thanks!
