…I've been having issues, in particular, with night waking. I tried the box and was amazed at how quickly it helped my mood, nbut the next morning I woke too early. The next night, I was really awake in the middle of the night. I am wondering when, exactly, I should use light therapy to help with my particular issue. I have been using it upon waking. Or is this something that will work itself out once I get used to it? I've tried many meds and supplements and, though I was skeptical, I'm suprised at the power of my light box!
If someone could either answer this question for me or point me toward good resources (I would love to contact a local doctor knowledgeable about such things) that would be great.
