Herbal Tea and Your Sleep

The ideal substitute for coffee or regular tea in the evening is herbal tea. Having no caffeine, it won’t affect your sleep. The teas known to act as a sleep aid include chamomile, primrose, passion flower, catnip and lime blossom.

There are many different kinds of herbal tea and blends of two of more varieties, so try several out. Get a together with a few friends and split up a dozen different boxed.

You can find herbal teas in health food stores and many grocery stores. You can even grow many of them in your garden.
