I enjoy cycling and other outside activities such as sailing, tennis and volleyball. My overall goal is to discipline myself for optimal general health. My immediate goals are to improve health and nutrition, better manage stress and optimize my training experience. I am considering taking a personal training course to become a cycling-centric trainer of some sort. I would like to network with other health-oriented people for support and to find activity partners.
