What is this bump and hole in my armpit?

I have a almost pimple like pinkish bump in my armpit. It doesn't hurt at all. Like an inch below that is a hole that can only be described as a flesh tunnel going up like to the bump. Its not like an open sore but more like a pierced ear. What is it? It doesn't hurt and the only thing that squeezes out of the tunnel and bump is deodorant.
