What is my new rash? It is on my stomach and it is small red dot sized spots, some are pus filled but most are just scabs.

In the past 4 days I have discovered a rash on my my stomach, just below my chest down to my groin. The rash is small red spots, some are pus filled but most are just yellow scabs. It is not itchy and they are slightly raised.  I have sensitive skin and also have eczema but have not used anything new on my skin or done anything differently lately. Just wondering what this is cause its slightly strange! Thanks
