what is causing my skin to itch and burn near my left hip bone and also now i feel soarness inside my body near the same place

it started out as an itchy feeling as though i had developed a rash or something...then it began to burn in the same area..now i am full of discomfort with movement i feel soarness throughout that area..as though its inside of my body now also
