What could these red pimple like bumps on only one of my legs be?

I have had a red pimple like rash on my thighs for about 2 yrs. it started out with about 10 and just this year have progressed down my leg to the middle of my calf area. These bumps only appear on my right leg and no where else on my body and only itch very very seldom. What could this be? It seems to be worse now that it is summer. I know that you are not supposed to pick at them for it may make them spread even more, but i did pick at one and it just bled and the pimple like bump never went away. Some of the bumps are a little larger than some of the other bumps and are not as pimply looking but a little flat. Can ypu please help me figure this out? Thanks so much!
