My husband had a burning flush on his face neck arms, knees, and elbows. He ate a normal breakfast (oatmeal w/flaxseed, raisins, cinn, and stevia, and a piece of toast from a french loaf that had been the freezer since Apr) and took vit. w/25 mg niacinamide vs. niacin. (Last night he took the full dose of vit. which had 50 mg niacinimide.) I would have thought it would be the niacin, but since it was niacinamide I am confused.
