After my regular barber retired i began going to other barbers and I have developed a rash on the back of my neck; almost like small pimples. I am a black man so i dont really notice a color change, such as redness. A friend of mine told me that it could be because i went to a barer that didnt clean his razor good. I have pre-diabetes so i dont want an infection to get out of hand.
