tiny blisters on the back on my hands

every few months the back of my hands break out with really tiny, slightly red blisters (or rash), then dont hurt and theya re not itchy. I have popped a few of them in the past and a clear liquid comes out. havent changed anything i put on my hands and I am a home body so no out side allergens are really a factor. any ideas?
