Story/Image 1 Source (NSFW)The Dirtyposted on a thin gal with implants commenting on how poorly they looked. She should have considered putting them behind muscle. For over the muscle types in a gal of her build they don't look badly.
Putting them "under the muscles" would improve things, but you can't blame her doctor for the appearance of her breast bone (sternum.) This woman is really thin. Larger implants would help decrease the "spacing," but would look even more bizarre on her thin chest. Thin patients can be hard.
