small, non-itching, red bumps/spots on my right abdomin?

I have small red bumps/spots on the right side of my abdomin. They don't itch. I've had chicken-pox and what we believe to have been shingles. They start just above my hip and are spreading upwards and to the left, reaching almost to my belly button and up to my breast. I haven't noticed them before. What could the bumps on my side be?
