small itchy red bumps bloody

I've been getting small itchy red bumps on my chest and stomach area, all the way down to my pelvis. There are only 6 of them on my body. They look like tiny little pink welts with a raised bump in the center, but when I scratch them, a dry skin layer comes off (it's flaky and white, almost like dead skin), and the entire welt ends up looking like a really bad bloody red bruise. This happened really recently, in the span of 2 days.
