Red dot rash on my wrists/body?

I have red dots that itch all over my body. It started on my wrists then spread to my arms and legs and shoulders. I am wondering what this could be? It is contagious..And I just had scabies a couple months ago and am pretty sure this is something totally different...any ideas? Thanks for any help you can provide.
