I am beginning to become worried about the size of my breasts after my breast augmentation. I was hoping for bigger to be honest. I am 7 days post op and feel like I am shrinking as the swelling goes down. Do you think that as the muscle relaxes more that the implants will fill my breasts? Is this called fluffing?”

Some of the online breast implant forums refer to a process they call “Dropping and Fluffing” with post-operative breast implant patients. It can result in breasts that appear larger once complete as long as the prosthetic capsule (capsular contracture) is not too severe.
