Raw Cinnamon Spiced Chocolate or Carob Milk Juice Recipe

Yes, you heard right – Chocolate Milk Juice! It replaces all chocolate milk cravings I promise!


Cinnamon Spiced Chocolate or Carob Milk Juice

Perfect for anytime of day – breakfast, snack or dessert!


  • 10 carrots
  • 1 large head cos/romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch of English spinach or 6 leaves chard or silverbeet
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cacao or carob powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Vanilla stevia to taste (or use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and plain stevia)


This isn’t all the ingredients as I’d already started juicing.

Loving Perparation:

Juice the carrot, cos and chard/silverbeet/spinach.


Strain the juice like I do or don’t bother – it’s up to you.

Pour the juice into a blender and add the carob or cacao poder, spices and stevia. Blend for 10 seconds until slightly frothy and well combined.


Serve in a glass of choice. I love drinking this in a mug as it feels like a hot chocolate or a chocolate milk.



Amazing! You won’t dream of picking up a processed carton of chocolate milk when you have this enzyme and life-filled baby to sip on at home.

Now that is health and indulgence all in one cup.
