Rash on inner thigh

I'm a 15 year old smoker and has an occasionally drink. I live in South Korea and getting an appointment at the base hospital is alittle inconvient..
Ive had a rash on my inner thigh for about 2 months or so.
At the beginnning it start with about 1 - 3 spots.
they are brownish, they never really turn that red unless i scratch it to much. They itch every once in a while but only at a certain spot.
When i get out of a hot shower they itch too.
it burns when hot water touches it. and it started on my pelvis and inner thighs and began to increase in numbers quite fast and up my butt to my upper back/ontop of my butt.
Now it is beginning to ride down my legs to the back of my knee.
but none of the rashes appear on top of my thigh.
noone appear to actually be on or in my vagina.
Ive recently taken antibiotics for a kidney infection about 1 month ago but im pretty sure that has nothing to do with it because the rash had already been there.
and ive had a vaginal infection about 2-3 months ago..
If anyone could help me that would be convient. i am scheduling a doctors appointment but i would like to confirm what it is.
