physical symptoms of melanoma stage 3

I would like to know what the physical symptoms somebody undergoes if they would possible have a stage 3 melanoma? Or a reoccurent melanoma. I was diagnosed two years ago with stage 2 melanoma, since then I have been worried about it comming back.
