TMZ.com recently posted these 'before and after' photos of singer / American Idol judge Paula Abdul. I see two major plastic surgery possibilities. First, her nose looks thinner and shorter, possibly due to a rhinoplasty. Second, her eyebrows appear to have that arched " Botox Brow" look.
