nose swelling

I have a swelling on the left side of my nose - there is no lump, just swelling.  I had a bad sunburn this year (the first time in 25 years), but I don't know if it is related.  Also, no color difference. I can feel nothing on the inside of my nose.  It is about the size of a dime
