nose problem

I have a question. I developed a purple spot on the tip of my nose in a short time-about a week it swelled up and i got sores in side my nose.  I took antibiotics for it for 10 days and the swelling went down but the purple spot never left.  Now I am on a 14 day antibiotic I still have the purple spot..what could it be?
