Nodular Basal Cell Skin Cancer

This is a common type of skin cancer. It tends to look like a lump sometimes with an open part that can bleed. You are better off without it.

I was told that Nodular basel cell carcinoma did not have to remove and will not spred if it not removed. Can you pls tell me if this is true or not. it is located on the nose and will cause a deep scare.
