To have a fair comparison of surgical results, you really need images right before he had his surgery.
We also need to know how he lived: A big smoker who has spent too much time in the sun for a quarter century will trash his skin and will likely not get the best result with surgery.
Obviously compared to his images two and one half decades ago, he doesn’t look so hot. Do you?
