Kirstie Alley's renewed weight loss efforts are the key theme of her new reality show 'Big Life' which starts tonight. She has gained 75 pounds in the past and lost the weight (as spokesperson for Jenny Craig) to appear on Oprah's show but now she's gained the weight back again and is determined to lose it for the last time - and make some money with it along the way, with this show and her new weight loss products company 'Organic Liaison'.
