My hands itch like I have a rash and if I itch long enough, little bumps appear with a black head, the more you itch they become like a mini blister. The itch feels better when the bumps are popped. Any idea? This has been going on for a year, but come and go almost like it could be weather related. I do have eczema and I'm unsure if this could be another sympton of it.
