itchy feet don't think it is athlete's foot

 thebottom of my feet itch every day... mostley the balls and arches...I have tried every oitment on the marget and get very little relief...it gets worse at night or when I am sitting stil I have had a leg sonogram and it shows circulation is fine

plese help
